At Fitted Rims, we want you to order tires and wheels online with total confidence. That's why every order is backed by our Fitment Guarantee.

What we guarantee

When you order a product from us in a specific size or specification (for example a tire size such as 225/45R17, or a wheel diameter and bolt pattern), we guarantee that the product you receive will match the size and specifications listed on the product page. If we ship you the wrong size or specification, that's our mistake — and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

If it doesn't fit, here's what we do

If the items you received don't match the specifications you ordered, contact our support team within 90 days of delivery at info@fittedrims.com. As long as the items are unmounted and unused, we will:

• Arrange a free return (we cover return shipping when the error is ours), and
• Ship you the correct product, or issue a full refund to your original payment method — your choice.

Not sure what fits your vehicle?

Picking the right size is the most important step. Your tire size is printed on the sidewall of your current tires and inside the driver's-side door jamb. For wheels, you'll need your diameter and bolt pattern. If you're unsure about any of it, email us at info@fittedrims.com before you order and our fitment experts will confirm the right fit for your vehicle.

Important details

• This guarantee covers products matching the size and specifications shown at the time of purchase. Items must be unmounted, unused, and not driven on to qualify.
• If you ordered the wrong size by mistake (and we shipped exactly what you ordered), you're still covered by our 90-day return policy. Standard return shipping of $20 per tire may apply, and is waived if you place a replacement order.
• Manufacturer defects are covered separately under the applicable manufacturer's warranty.
