- Sold new, in stock and ready to ship by a US-based online retailer.
- The comparison must be the total delivered price, including shipping and any handling fees.

What does not qualify
- Auctions, marketplaces, member-only or wholesale pricing, and third-party seller listings.
- Used, refurbished, blemished, open-box or clearance-liquidation product.
- Typographical or obvious pricing errors, doorbuster or limited-quantity flash offers.
- Prices that include a coupon, rebate, bundle, install package or membership discount.
- Out-of-stock or backordered listings, and prices from outside the United States.
