Feature & Responsibility Matrix
What Fitzy Includes
Every capability, labeled with exactly who provides it. Accuracy builds more trust than pretending everything is fully managed by one company.
How to read this page
Vehicle Fitment & Catalog
Every shopping flow starts with the vehicle, constraining the catalog to compatible products.
Verified before checkout by the fitment engine — the core of the platform.
Sizes are matched to the selected vehicle, including plus-sizing where applicable.
Specs, images, and descriptions sync from supplier feeds — you never upload products by hand.
Stock levels update from 75+ supplier feeds so out-of-stock items stop displaying.
Wholesale cost changes flow through your markup rules automatically.
Products & Accessories
Sold as products from supplier stock; Fitzy surfaces compatible options during checkout.
Compatible hardware is offered as an upsell at checkout; suppliers fulfill it.
Where the fulfilling supplier supports mounting, packages ship assembled.
Optional. Most dealers hold none; some stock fast movers locally alongside virtual inventory.
Storefront & Website
The team configures your store during onboarding — no coding on your side.
A copy-paste snippet adds vehicle search and checkout to WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, and similar sites.
Full hosted website from $29/month if you don't have (or want to replace) a site.
Run the store on your own domain or subdomain (e.g., shop.yourbusiness.com).
The same catalog, formatted for a counter tablet to sell to walk-in customers.
Payments & Financing
Checkout runs on Stripe; your payouts are deposited to your bank account.
Customers split payments on high-ticket packages; you still receive your full markup.
Set markup by brand, product type, flat amount, or percentage from the dealer dashboard.
Checkout is standardized on Stripe; bring-your-own-processor is not offered today.
Orders, Shipping & After-Sales
Orders dispatch automatically, including split-sourcing wheel and tire packages.
Freight from supplier warehouses to the customer, the dealer's shop, or an installer.
Tracking surfaces through the platform for dealer and customer.
Order confirmations and updates are sent automatically.
Fitzy coordinates supplier-side return logistics per the published policy.
Manufacturer warranties are honored through the supplier and manufacturer; Fitzy coordinates the process.
Mounting, balancing, and TPMS service are the dealer's or a local installer's own work and revenue.
The customer's relationship is with your brand; Fitzy backs you up on fulfillment and supplier issues.
Growth, Data & Support
Order and sales reporting in the dealer dashboard.
You drive your own traffic (local marketing, social, ads). The storefront itself is built search-engine friendly.
AI chat for your storefront at $49/month.
Platform, store, and fulfillment support from the Fitzy team.
Widget and integration options exist; a public self-serve API reference is not published. Discuss integration needs on the demo call.
Common Questions
Why isn't everything labeled 'Included by Fitzy'?
Because that wouldn't be true. Payments run on Stripe, warranties come from manufacturers via suppliers, and installation is your shop's own service. Knowing exactly who owns each piece is what lets you plan a real business around the platform.
What do the two pricing plans change in this matrix?
Nothing in the feature set — both plans include full platform access, live inventory, and fulfillment coordination. The difference is economics: the $0/month revenue-share plan pays you 10% of profit per sale, while the subscription plan ($500–$650/month + $2,500 one-time setup) lets you keep 100% of your markup.
Can I request a feature that's not currently available?
Yes — bring it to the demo call. Custom-development options are scoped case by case, and this page is updated as capabilities change rather than promising features before they exist.
